Terms and Conditions – Ash Kitchen Handmade

By purchasing from Ash Kitchen Handmade, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing your order.

1. Damaged Items in Transit

Ash Kitchen Handmade ensures that all products are packed securely before dispatch. However, we are not responsible for any damage incurred during transit as handling and delivery are performed by third-party couriers.

2. Proof Requirement for Refunds

To process any claims for damaged or defective products, customers must provide a clear, continuous unboxing video starting from the unopened package to the discovery of the defect.

• No video, no refund or replacement will be granted.

• The video must clearly show the product condition upon receipt.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

We do not issue refunds, returns, or exchanges for:

• Change of mind.

• Mistakes in choosing the product (wrong variant, scent, or size).

4. Refund Coverage

Refunds will cover the cost of the item only. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Filing a Complaint

Customers must submit a formal complaint to hello@ashkitchenhandmade.com within three (3) days from the date the product was received.

• Complaints filed after 3 days are automatically void and will not be entitled to any refund or replacement.

6. Refund Timeline and Process

• Refunds will be processed within 7 working days (excluding weekends and holidays) after the approval of the refund request.

• Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method used.

• If the original payment method is no longer available, the customer will be asked to provide a valid bank account number and a government-issued ID for proper verification.

7. Standard E-Commerce Policy Compliance

Ash Kitchen Handmade operates in accordance with generally accepted e-commerce policies in the Philippines, including compliance with the Consumer Act of the Philippines (R.A. 7394) where applicable.
